As I sat in my little studio so enjoying the little things I have collected over the years, I could not help but smile. Most are used to make my crafting a whole lot easier, others simply because I could not resist their sweetness. A paper punch with the prettiest pink handles you have ever seen. Tiny colorful brads that mimic the colors of jelly beans. Roses, pretty hats, lace, ribbons, pearls...what makes us girls drawn to these things...nature or nurture, I am really not sure. But I will tell you this, it's good to be a girl! Wishing each and everyone of you a beautiful week.

One thing I've learned about being a girl is that I accept myself as I am. I'm a girly girl but I do like lavender smelling sheets and soft things. Actually the other day I was looking at myself and then I got on the scale and said to myself, "hey, at least I got some meat on my bones!" Tee hee. Life is good and being a girl is special. Have a great rest of the day.

Yes it is SO good to be a girl. There are so many joys of being a girl. I can not imagine having to be a boy...WHAT! And not be able to craft pretty little things:) Have a wonderful week.
