My Dear Sweet Mother went to Heaven on yesterday evening with her family by her side. I cannot begin to tell you just how beautiful she was with her almost angelic face, it was as though she had fallen into a restful and peaceful sleep. I just know Heaven is rejoicing in welcoming someone as beautiful as my Mother. I only pray to live the beautiful life she led touching so many that was blessed to cross her path.
Hear my cry, O God;
attend to my prayer.
From the end of the earth I will cry to you,
when my heart is overwhelmed;
lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
Psalm 86: 3-4
attend to my prayer.
From the end of the earth I will cry to you,
when my heart is overwhelmed;
lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
Psalm 86: 3-4
Thank you all of my wonderful blogging friends....you are so appreciated.

It made me so sad to learn that your mother has passed on. Mothers who excel in mothering (many don't) are a very special group and it sounds like your mother was one of them. So was mine. Please know that others are thinking of you at this sad time. I'm sure you have many precious memories that will keep your mother alive in your heart forever.
I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I feel sad for you and your family.
25Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; 26and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"
John 11:25-26
You are right Heaven is refoicing.
You are in my prayers.

I just stumbled across your beautiful blogs. I am so sorry to hear that your mother passed but rejoicing to know that you find comfort in heaven and in the Savior.
Losing an eldery mother is such a bittersweet thing...on the one hand, we know how much we are going to miss her and feel sad..on the other hand, we rejoice in the fact that she is in Heaven with her Heavenly Father. We live our whole life, trying to please Our Father and have a nesting place in Heaven with Him. You should rejoice in the fact that she is now in her nesting space, right beside God Almighty.
Love, blessings and prayers,
your friend, bj
Sincere condolences to you and your family. How lucky she was to be surrounded by those who loved and cherished her.
Regards.
Beverly, please accept my most heartfelt condolences for the loss of your Mother. Because HE lives, you know she is in a far better place now! May the Lord bless all your family during this difficult time. God Bless!

My heart breaks for you Beverly...but I am reminded...to be absent from the body is to be present with our Lord. May God's love and peace surround you at this time of sorrow.
So sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I lost both my mother and mother in law to cancer. I know they are both resting with the Lord and greeted your mother upon her arrival.
Beverly,
When your Mother enter Heavens gates I know there was much rejoicing. What a glorious Easter she will be having. I send you my love and continued prayers for you and your sweet family. Please get some much needed rest my friend.
I was over at fireflynights and read that your mom had passed. I'm so deeply sorry for your loss. I found this prayer a long time ago and I want to give it to you...
-Make Me Brave for Life-
God, make me brave for life: oh, braver than this.
Let me straighten after pain, as a tree straightens after the rain,
Shining and lovely again.
God, make me brave for life; much braver than this.
As the blown grass lifts, let me rise
From sorrow with quiet eyes,
Knowing Thy way is wise.
God, make me brave, life brings
Such blinding things.
Help me to keep my sight;
Help me to see aright
That out of dark comes light.

What a blessing that she had her family around her and passed with peace. Your beautiful spirit surely is a testament to the good that she has done in this life and has left behind. Be strong - this sadness too shall pass.
I am so sorry to hear that your Mother has passed. She is in the care of the one for which this season of the year gives us hope beyond measure. Because HE HAS RISEN, your Mother has risen also. May God give you the "peace that surpasses all understanding" as you walk through the days ahead. We will walk with you when you blog.

Dear sweet Beverly. I am so sorry for the loss of your Mom. Mom's are what anchor us to who we are. Know that the Lord's heavenly angels are wrapping her in their wings of love at this very moment and that you are thought about and prayed about daily.

My dear sister...
I read this aloud to my hubby and I choked up. We know that your mother has received the ultimate healing and Heaven is indeed celebrating! Praise God! Yet, I know your heart is experiencing a myriad of emotions!
I will most definitely be praying for you, your family, and this challenging transition. If there is anything that I can do to help, please let me know.
You know how much I enjoy reading scriptures in many versions. You had listed Psalm 138:3 in one of your posts. Here it is in The Message Bible...
Psalm 138
A David Psalm
1-3 Thank you! Everything in me says "Thank you!"
Angels listen as I sing my thanks. I kneel in worship facing your holy temple and say it again: "Thank you!"
Thank you for your love, thank you for your faithfulness;
Most holy is your name, most holy is your Word.
The moment I called out, you stepped in; you made my life large with strength.
All my love, KJ
Dear Beverly
I haven't been on the computer lately.. I am really sorry..
I know how special your mother is!
I send you a big hug Beverly...

Beverly, I am so sorry for your loss. I know what a strong faith you have, and the thought of your mother in heaven is a beautiful knowing. The song I Can Only Imagine always gives me a thrill knowing that we will all be in awe of our Lord and happy to be home with our loved ones once again. Your mother is now whole, safe and will never know a tear again. Heaven does have another angel, and she will watch over you for the rest of your life. Blessings, Karen
Oh Beverly, my heart goes out to you and the family. I thank God for your mother's powerful testimony and ministry. Indeed Heaven is rejoicing, dear sister! You'll meet her again. Truly. {{{hugs}}}
Bless your heart. You have my sympathies. I said goodbye to my Mama in July of '05. It seems like just yesterday because I miss her so much. What a sweet assurance to know we will be reunited some day.
Mama Bear
Beverly, I was so sorry to visit today and hear of your loss. I'll be keeping you in my prayers.
My thoughts are with you and your family. Remember your mother is always with you in spirit.
I was surfing the internet and stumbled on your lovely blog. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss! I know how hard it can be. Know that she is resting in God's care. Even though she is no longer on this earth for you to chat with, she is no longer suffering. While I know those words don't really mean much to a person who is grieving, I hope that some day they help to provide you some small comfort.
I have recently lost both my father and my father in law. I felt God's peace when my father passed and it somehow made me feel much better than I felt when my father in law passed. Knowing where someone is can be comforting even when you know you won't be able to see them until you join them in eternity.
God bless you and your family through this trying time!
I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. May your many memories help you through the sad times.

Beverly, I am so sorry you had to say good-bye to your mother. I know you are looking forward to seeing her again some day, but in the meantime the days can be difficult. I passed through this valley recently when I lost my own mother --- and empathize with you as you adjust to life without her. God be with you.

I am so glad you have the peace of Jesus at this time. May he continue to bless you and your family.
Dear Beverly; I'm so sorry to hear that your mother passed...
"God made man perfectly holy and happy; and the fair earth, as it came from the Creator's hand, bore no blight of decay or shadow of the curse. It is transgression of God's law--the law of love--that has brought woe and death. Yet even amid the suffering that results from sin, God's love is revealed. It is written that God cursed the ground for man's sake. Genesis 3:17. The thorn and the thistle--the difficulties and trials that make his life one of toil and care--were appointed for his good as a part of the training needful in God's plan for his uplifting from the ruin and degradation that sin has wrought. The world, though fallen, is not all sorrow and misery. In nature itself are messages of hope and comfort. There are flowers upon the thistles, and the thorns are covered with roses." (Ellen White)
May our Heavenly Father be with you and yours,
Cielo
Beverly,
May God continue to bring you his comfort as you grieve the passing of your dear mother. I am sure our God is pleased with the mother she was and how she blessed others with her life. May God be ever so near to you now that he has taken her home.
Please accept my condolences.
I visited your blog a few times before, but not recently. Something pulled me here this evening...I think to wrap you in love and prayers. I just lost my own precious mother December 6 and I miss her so very much.
May your faith give you comfort and strength to endure the emotions that will come.
Beverly, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother.

I'm visiting from my dear friend Deborah's blog (Pictures, Pots & Pens)to add my heartfelt condolences of the death of your dear mother. I know your pain having been at this same place in time - and it is so hard. I rushed home to England just 5 years ago and managed to see my mum just that one evening of my arrival - she passed the next morning. Everyone said she waited for me and it comforts me to know this.
You are in my thoughts, be strong and remember the wonderful times I know you must have spent together over the years.

Dear sweet Beverly, I just found your post about your loving mother. My love and prayers go out to you and your family! You mentioned your Mother's angelic face as she passed, and that is precisely how my mother described my Nana's face when Nana passed; the Lord was greeting each of those two ladies, and they knew it (which in turn gives us peace as we go forward). Much love, Louise
